The Preserve is 25 miles from Salt Lake City in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah on the high land of the original Bitner Ranch. Driving from The Preserve to the Salt Lake City airport takes 35 minutes. This peaceful and secluded living is in the midst of wildlife, unspoiled meadows and mountain peaks, yet is located just minutes from historic Park City and the ski resorts of Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons. Via Interstate 80, take the Park City exit, turning left over I-80 and then right along Bitner and the Bitner Ranch Road. Continue for three miles to The Preserve gate.
Amenities
Until they are sold out, buyers at The Preserve may purchase golf club memberships directly from Glenwild under their terms and conditions at the time. There are other fine golf courses in the area.
Consistent with our conviction that Park City is a trail-friendly community and that The Preserve's land is among the most attractive and natural in the county, it has constructed more than twelve miles of trails for horseback riders, hikers and mountain bikers. Eight miles are interconnected with other community trails, and four miles are private and internal to The Preserve. The new Flying Dog Trail in Phase Three has opened up previously inaccessible lands to the north and provide a taste of virgin natural wilderness.
