Listing Brochures
Each listing will receive an 8.5 x 11 color flyer, either 1-side or 2-sided professionally designed. Some listings will receive double-sided 11 x 17 folded color brochures. For listings exceeding $3,000,000 a professionally printed, multi-page brochure and matching mailer will be used.
Direct Mailings
Direct mail pieces or post cards, are great ways of target marketing a direct audience of potential buyers. Just Listed post cards are created for certain listings warrenting these needs. Also Market Update mailers help generate excitement and inform readers of current sales and listings within certain criteria.
Online Marketing
Michael LaPay and Associates as well as Prudential Utah Real Estate utilizes all the current internet technologies available to market online. Prudential Utah Marketing
Prudential Property Portfolio: Comes out twice a year in the early summer and at the beginning of the ski season. At over 100 pages, it is the largest and most attractive of all local real estate publications. It is distributed locally in the vast majority of condominiums and hotels in Park City, and also locally at the main grocery stores, Seven-Eleven, Blockbuster and Maverick Stations. We typically print and distribute over 10,000 copies in the spring and fall."
Real Estate Monthly - Prudential's "What's New": Located within the local Park Record newspaper, and it comes out once a month. It is a staple in the Park City and Deer Valley area, and can be found throughout town and online.
Mountain Lifestyle Newsletters: Our newsletter comes out three times a year in the early summer, at the beginning of the ski season and at the tail-end of the ski season as a recap, also luring visitors to our summer "home buying" season. Within 8 pages we typically cover important news for our visitors and perspective homebuyers, including photo/listings of all our current Developments, news on golf courses, ski areas, real estate market news, mortgage news and a calendar of upcoming events. We print 10,000 copies of each issue.
